When NFL players are cut, do they get to keep the uniforms?
I always wondered since their names is already on the Jersey.

I don't know for sure, but it may depend on when they get cut and what part of the uniform you mean. If cut in summer camp - before the first game - they may get a towel. If cut after several seasons, they may keep it all. It's the in-between that's unknown, but some stuff is now custom made (like the helmet) so it may go with the guy anyway.
