I'm in pain from eating 6 slices of pizza huts new Italy pizza, should i exercise tonight? Will i get more fatter than i already am? My current size is 5'6 166 pounds, but i don't look fat it went to my thighs, butt an my face. Other than this i don't look fat actually guys tell me i'm cute an thick. Oh yeah an before i forget i'm a chocolate skin girl lol. My mom is getting me a gym membership next week. Should i wait until next week to start back exercising? Oh, yeah i stopped exercising in the beginning of SEPTEMBER. If I binge like this very seldom will i gain weight? SHOULD I GET ON THE SPINNER EXERCISE BIKE TONIGHT FOR 2 HOURS?

you sound really fat and disgusting. Have you considered running to the bathroom and making yourself throw up?

First of all females dont store fat in the midsection in the same proportions as men do. Second exercise is good you probably dont need 2 hours on the bike but a 30 min session would be good. Also one of the best things to do after a binge is to go for a walk shortly after. If this is rare and you look good dont worry about it think of it as your cheat meal although 6 slices is a lot.

Don't eat 6 slices of pizza. If you eat more than necessary, then you will feel sick. If you want to be in shape, then way would you eat like that, especially pizza. Im a healthy individual, and eat rather healthy. I would never pack in six slices of pizza. If you really want to tone up then eat healthier, don't overeat and exercise. You probably are cute and thick now, but what do you think it will be in 6 yrs. Just saying. Try some chicken breast and rice in a reasonable portion. eat several small meals a day rather than one huge meal at night. Listen to your body too. If you feel nasty after eating that way, that is your body's way of saying.... "What the F*** did you just do to me." Drink a lot of water now and for the rest of the night. Water is the best way to help your body digest and pass food. Especially all that cheese.

OMG first of all, dat pizza is totally bangin n i c how this could have happened...second of all, if your feeling bloated from all that pizza dont bother working out tonight, it will probably make u feel worse. Wait till your gym membership and work out. if you wana start workin out at home until then, go for it, but not tonight!! because it doesnt really matter if you wait a day, the food has already been eaten so burn it off now or later its guna be there waiting for you...lol
And definately dont listen to the rest of these people, eating disorders are serious and deadly, so dont ever feel that bad about yourself to go throw up or starve your body. Everyone is unique & beautiful in their own ways ;D

eating a lot once in a while is fine. i do it plenty and im not fat (and ripped). so just watch the binging and start exercising when you get the membership

DO NOT LISTEN TO DAN
you will not gain 50 pounds from a pizza
maybe jog some tomorrow
but remember you do burn calories overnight
it will NOT kill you thought
