Is there a way to make it so that a Visual Basic program opens?
I was messing around with Visual Basic 2010 Express and found that I could create a password that triggered certain actions. I was wondering if i could make it so that when i opened any specific file (a microsoft word document for example) the program I made with the password would open and the file i was trying to open would only open if I typed in the correct password? Is this possible, and if so, how do I do it?

Actually, you don't need to write a program to do that because Microsoft Word has the ability to password-protect any document.
There is one danger, however. If you ever forget your password, there is absolutely no way possible to get it back. No hint, no clue, no side-stepping it.
