ps3 online gaming problems?
ok lets see here i have call of duty modern warfare 2 with netgear wireless router and when i play the game it shows i have one bar of connectivity i tried connecting through a wire to the ps3 and its still the same i made sure the settings were change to wired connection and it still show only one bar on the game any help
p.s. my playstation 3 says i have 100% internet connection both times i even restarted the ps3 and the whole computer but still no change
anyone have an idea

It may not be your connection directly. MW2 multiplayer online utilizes a system in the group of players to "host" the game (think of it like a LAN... only bigger). You may just have a hard time connecting to the hosts (possibly due to a firewall setting on your router).
I know it's not the "perfect" answer, but I hope it is helpful.

that is why i got a 360 much more reliable I'd say if you don't believe me
