Whats ATP synthase, and NADP+?

I need to define these two term however all the definitions I find on the web suck and are to "computerized" so I figured humans could give better definitions.

    ATP synthase is an enzyme that is used to synthesise (make) ATP, which is adenosine triphosphate.

    NADP+ - nicotinamide adinine dinucleotide phosphorous, whic is an hydrogen /electron carrier in elecron transport chain in processes such as photosynthesis or cellulra respiration
