Am I having signs of premature labor?
So I'm 32 weeks pregnant.. For 5 days now I've been having a sharp pinching in my cervix area, I'm pretty sure it's my cervix.. It's a pinch that lasts only a few seconds but it def gets my attention.. It happen no matter what I'm doing.. Also I've been having a lot of pain in my crotch area like it's bruised.. Not to sure if it's pressure or what... My belly has been feeling really heavy for the last few days.. I've been getting slight cramping feelings but it's only dull.. It also feels like my baby is too big for my belly I can feel her no matter where she is.. I'm not sure if my belly feels tight because she is moving in odd positions or if it's me having Braxton hicks. I also can't sleep on my sides for the last few night because I wake up with a lot of stomach pain like it's gets all tight and sore.. Are these any signs of premature labor?

It sounds like it could be. I recently went into preterm labor and I am 27 weeks with my second child. I also went in preterm labor with my first child. If the pain comes and goes you should go to the hospital because that is a definite sign of labor. Also the stomach pains and tightening is normal once you get so far, I also experience that in the morning when I wake up. I know what you mean by feeling as if the baby is to big for your belly because I have not gained a pound during this pregnancy I have actually lost almost 20 pounds, and my baby is growing perfectly fine, so could you just imagine the pains I am feeling.

I would call the doctor. When I was pregnant with my son I felt those same pains and I went in and they just said it's braxton hicks and that the baby's head was causing the pain. I was actually induced at 39 weeks. When I first started to feel the contractions it was NOTHING like braxton hicks. For me, my contractions felt like hot searing pain in my belly and it gotten really hard and you can feel it all in your back too. It will def take your breath away. But everyone's different. If you're too uncomfterable call and let them know and let them check you out to make sure.

Ok the cramping and strain definetly will also be contractions. If the anguish is lasting greater than forty five secs or extra, you've gotten greater than four in an hour or the anguish is insufferable then you definately will have to pass to the clinic. However I do feel that you simply will have to name your document and allow him understand how you're feeling simply to be at the dependable part. Also hold hydrated. Good Luck!!

If you're having pain or intense discomfort, you need to call your doctor.
