Why west is against enforcing Shariah Laws in Muslim countries?

My answer is that when Shariah is practised properly (Saudi doesn't know what shariah is), then the world will see true peace and justice, and all the lies (of human rights and peace missions) will be shown as the hypocrisies they are.

This will probably eventually lead to massive conversions to Islam, let alone a massive increase in strength amongst muslims. All this is hateful to Satan, so he will use the possessed humans he has to try to make sure it does not happen. And Allaah knows best.

8:48. And (remember) when Shaitân (Satan) made their (evil) deeds seem fair to them and said, "No one of mankind can overcome you this Day (of the battle of Badr) and verily, I am your neighbour (for each and every help)." Because If One Country Enforces Sharia,The Whole World Will See The Perfectness Of It And Every Muslim Country Would Want To Live And Abide By It,This,The Western World Cannot Let That Happen,Furthermore,If All Countries Rule By Sharia,They Would Want By Shari'i Rulings,A Caliphate,A Caliph,One Ruler Of Whole Islamic World,

Most non-Muslim countries do adhere to some form or part of the Shari'ah law, while Muslim countries do not adhere to it at all.

Let me explain this position:

Shari'ah law can only be introduced if there is no other man made laws in force and that at least 75% of the population agree. Being as most countries belong to the UN and also adhere to International Law, then Shari'ah Law, which also covers its own International Law is negated. If such a country also allows that which Islam forbids, then this also negates the right by Shari'ah Law. Therefore anyone facing a Shari'ah court cannot face any charges for it no longer has the right to say that it follows the laws of Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala). The country and its citizens are nothing more than hypocrites for saying we believe in Islam but we recognise man made laws above those of Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala).

What the west is really against is not the Shari'ah Law but the hypocrisy that goes with it, plus of course their inability to drink alcohol, fornication, homosexuality and all the things they like to do.

I live in England the most Islamic country of all, where you get free education, medical care, housing, money when you loose your job, or if you are too ill to work, plus 60% of English law is based on God's law. You wont get that in a Muslim country. Okay, this may be exaggerated slightly so to speak but people have a right to freedom of religion and freedom of speech both fine examples of Islam but where in a Muslim country will you get that freedom or the money needed to sustain life during hardship?

Do not blame the west but rather blame ourselves for not adhering to what we should as Muslims.

It's one thing where there is majority support in a country for a certain brand of government or kind of rule of law. It's quite another when you have a small group of wealthy Pakistanis/Saudis take control of a country by force (either through direct conflict, or consolidation of forces) and then impose their will upon the native majority through violence and coercion. That being said, we (NATO countries) don't actively enforce opposition to religious laws in the Middle East. We (the citizens of said countries) do, because we have the freedom to say whatever the hell they want about your countries, your laws, your religion, and your regimes. If we see certain laws as barbaric, or we see Middle-Eastern conflicts as abusing the ignorance of large portions of the native popluation, or we see Islam (or any other religion) as fundamentally ridiculous, we are free to say so. And yes, Islamic people in western democracies do campaign regularly for Islamic Law. And we are free to ridicule these movements as we please.

Salam Westerners are against enforcing sharia laws in muslim countries because they do not agree the capital punishment which is included in sharia laws They want to abolish it, because it is against with human rights. Human wights is made by people while sharia laws is made by Allah swt and the rasool a trusted man who was guided by Allah too.

No one is stopping Muslims from enforcing sharia laws in their country; the west has no jurisdiction to stop them. However, while few Muslim countries practice Sharia, Muslims want the west to adopt Sharia laws; isn't this dumb?

Severe punishments don't fully curb crimes either. Your own Caliphs were murdered (Umar) and they lived under the strictest form of Sharia - if Sharia law did worked, I would imagine crime rates in his time have to be zero but they weren't, clearly. If reducing crime is your aim then look at Sweden it's a predominately atheist nation but yet has lower crime rates that most Muslim nations today do... you don't need Sharia to stop people from becoming criminals. In the 1940's (I think) punishment for murder if China was slow slicing, that still didn't deter anyone from killing. In the same way your stoning to death of fornicators isn't going stop people from having sex. I don't even understand how consensual sex is a crime... making it a capital crime is ridiculous.

Besides that, methods of determining who 'criminals' aren't very brilliant either in Islam. It just isn't right that Islam requires witnesses to crimes... under Sharia some people will be wrongly executed because witnesses might have witnessed a crime under shadowy circumstances and developed the preconceived false notion that the under-trial person did commit the crime Or you can have a rape case where there are no witnesses to the crime and hence no justice for the rape victim.

You owe one to the west for saving you from living the life of a domestic donkey under Sharia. Would you want the Sharia court to chop your / your sons / or your relatives hand off if you/they were ever caught stealing a loaf of bread?

The humanity struggled immensely to reach where we are today and the world wouldn't surely like to revert back to an era that existed thousands of years ago. No body is interested in this era to tend CAMELS, SHEEPS or COWS and listen to the ranting of some lunatics who claim they are authorized dealer of God on this earth.
