Have you received email from a friend saying "check out my photos" through a site called Fanbox?

Then you click to confirm your "relationship".  You never really get anywhere.  Your friend never sent it.  Then someone else in your address book says they got mail from you saying "check out my photos" but you never sent them anything.  What is this Fanbox site?  How do they access people"s address books and how are they allowed to say you sent it?  Who do you report this stuff to?

Yep, just got one yesterday from my mom's email address. I clicked to confirm relationship then it asked me to enter my email password. Seemed strange so I ignored. Looks to be a hacking scheme...
