What is a unique way to serve pasta?

I have a dinner party on Sunday, and I have a good pasta recipe I want to use.

However, I don't want huge dishes of pasta out. I'd prefer smaller plates. What are some unique ways to serve pasta?

Do what most posh restaurants do, you take a fork or chop sticks and roll a little bit of pasta on it with some meat/veges on your serving plate. Sprinkle some sauce and add a little bit of greens on each plate. Grate cheese blocks that you are using on top. Make it as neat or messy as you like and you have yourself a very beautiful creation.

Instead of the usual spaghetti, try changing it to say fettuccine, or tagliatelle or fusilli or penne or even cannelloni. And instead of the regular pasta sauce, you can try changing it to a creamy pesto or alfredo or carbonara sauces. Or even a simple aglio e olio dish, just a fancy shmanshy name for pasta in oil and garlic! You could even put a small card to describe the dishes you're serving to your guest. If nothing else, it would make interesting food conversation and you could boast your cooking skills at the same time. :) Good luck!

When we do a food show for our Fernando Pensato brand pasta and olive oils, we have to feed 1000's of people( samples).

We always bring a famous chef either Michelin from France or Monaco

or a TV personality like Jeff Mcinnis.

Here's a clip that may give you an idea( Like putting the pot on a rolling table and doing what Jeff is doing here( of course our plates are just sample sizes)

I'm standing right behind the women filming this.

    quite humorous.

By the way, these are delicious and really EZ to make.

You can use any brand of infused olive oil.

Scoop it right out of the frying pan!

Serve it in hollowed out pumkins instead of in bowls or plates.
