what goes over a concrete sub floor for Pergo?

*besides a moisture barrier. (Home is in the Houston, Texas area) Also understands you can install Pergo over linolium.

    After a vapor barrier, you can use the standard foam pad for laminates.There are up grades available to quiet the hollow sound you get from some laminates but thats your choice. Some underlayments will double as a vapor barrier, but not all do. Any place laminates are sold will have the underlayment readily available.

    there's an underlayment that is used. The pergo box should give installation instructions and recommendations. Why don't you look at an engineered floor instead of laminate like tarkett.
