Can i use a Brushless motor that uses 10Amps onto an ESC higher then 10Amps, let say 18Amps? 25Amps?

Some of the experts suggest using an ESC with up to twice the anticipated draw, after noting peak amp surges way above the motors max expected draw. An 18A ESC would be a good fit for a 10A motor and 25A not out of line, but you will start paying a little weight penalty.

I wouldn't use a brushless motor that draws 10A on an ESC rated less than 14A. More than that may increase the life of the ESC, but it will increase weight.
