What was your first job ever?

Pretty self-explanatory.

My very first job was at a movie theater (which is now out of business). I ran the concession stand and cleaned the theaters. They gave me like, no training whatsoever, and stuck me at the ticket booth the day X-Men 3 opened. THAT was fun. No wonder I lasted only two weeks.

My 1st job EVER was a helper in a Bagel House or kinda like a bakery + subway (the fast food chain). I do the bagels, rolls, also I sliced some meats like hams, turkeys, roast beef, pastrami, and some cheeses like cheddar, american, swiss, provolone. I also make tuna and chicken salad. Of course, you got bagels, so you got cream cheese, I do that as well.

That's pretty much my everyday work from Mondays to Fridays. I just started last month. Though my day off are weekends, still they're open weekends even on holidays!

So, after reading this, maybe you want to eat in this Bagel House now. In this located on Millbrae, California, and found on a place called Millbrae Plaza, it's just close there, near Wallgreens, Safeway, Starbucks, and Jamba Juice.

A Student Assistant work-study job at Wayne State University in Michigan from October 2009 'til May of this year. I basically just filed and organized paperwork and shredded voided checks. It was easy plus I only worked about 14 hours a week. Plus my Supervisor was really nice.

I still have my first job which is being a certified nursing assistant for old people. I also do on call jobs, drive old people around and help them with errands and in home cleaning, which I did not sign up for. I might quit but I'm not sure. I'm 18, and so getting paid 11.25 an hour might seem decent, but it's not when you get 4-10 hours a week and have to use your money to pay for the gas you use to drive people around.
