How to clean e-vap system in an 04 intrepid?
Gettin my check engine light again, last time it happened I took it to the shop, they ran there code machine and said it was the evap system, they said they 'cleaned it out' and the light went away... then I had to pay them 50 bucks -_-
so to save my self 50 bucks.... how does one go about cleaning the evap system?
If it where dirty, and therefore could not make a proper seal, wouldn't that trip some sort of sensor?

by cleaning out a evap coil will not make you engine light go out. this is some thing that does not work off your motor persay. they probably just took off your battery cable and let your car reset it self ,this will make the light go out for a while.
