where can i find a guitar chart of notes in relation to the root?

i want a chart of the guitar neck and it will have lets say the root note a cirlced on the 5th fret of the 6th string and then will have for example a 6 for where the 6th is and a 13th for where the 13th is and an m7 for where the minor seventh is.

I want it to be able to visualize the concept of "number notes" i don't quite know how to find the 6th from the root note a or the ninth from the root note b. so if there is no chart of such could some one explain to me how to do this, cause if i can do it then i can figure out any chord.
