How do you play mall tycoon? specifcally how do you succeed at it?
Everytime I play, whether I do free play or a scenario, I lose money and the rating never goes up. What do I need to do to succeed at this game?

i tried and gave up when half my businesses went under in two months time.
I did much better at Prison Tycoon, Zoo Tycoon and Roller Coaster tycoon.
