Think i have a computer virus?

so, just i switched on my laptop and everything loads (slowly -.-) as usual..

then BAM theres a black box in the middle of my screen! it's not a window.. but just like a black box in the middle of my desktop!

it says:

YOUR SYSTEM IS INFECTED!

Sytem has stopped due to a serious malfunction

spyware activity has been detected

it is recommended to use spyware removal tool to prevent data loss

Do not run any application before all spyware removed.

ive tried changing my desktop background, but its still there :| and it keeps loading up this "system scan" thing which i swear ive never installed ):

my usual antivirus software (AVG Anti-virus) cant detect anything ):

PLEASE HELP! xox

Your computer has been infected by Rogue security software, not a virus, but it is malware.

Download malwarebytes and install and run in Safe Mode.

    http://www.malwarebytes.org/

If you are advanced enough you can disable the rogue security software from starting-up in the msconfig dialog box.

install avast and superantispyware and do a full scan and if this doesnt work try running system restore and choose a date before the virus came hope this helped

I think this could be a fake Anti-virus software, a great nuisance! Try running another anti-virus software (norton, mcafee) and see if it picks it up.
