Drink some hot tea or water with lemon and honey. Gargle with salt water. Eat some raw garlic if you can stomach it.
If you have saline nasal spray, use that to help clear your nose. Breathe in some steam - if you don't have a humidifier, try running the shower really hot and close the door to the bathroom.
Google home remedies for colds for more tips.
Good luck! It's awful to be sick when you're pregnant. I was in the hospital on bedrest while pregnant and I had a cold. The only thing they did for me was give me Claritin and a humidifier, so I definitely think a trip to the ER would be a waste of your time and money that you don't have!

i would just wait for the doctors office to open tomorrow but even then if he prescribes you something how can you pay for that? (im not sure how the USA works for that you see, here in England we just get Health care for free so i have never had to even think of things like that, must be scary when in situations like this to have to think of money instead of just getting them help you need)
Im sure you'll be fine colds are very common and can be exaggerated when pregnant since your body is already working hard for the baby.
go to the doctor tomorrow if you can and i wish you all the best

It sounds like you have a cold. Just do what you normally would when you have a cold. Unless something serious happens you don't need to go to the ER. Don't worry.

You can take Sudafed when pregnant
The ER won't give you a prescription for a cold nor is there anything the ER could do for you
