    Since never. However, there are people out there who truly believe that the way people speak/talk has something to do with intelligence, but in reality it's actually the substance that makes them look less intelligent, but some people miss that connection, all of this is just speculation of course.

    the folks who generally say crap like that are the ones from the gene wading pool and are just looking for someone to be smarter than, they have to start making guidelines up otherwise they'll never find anyone to be better than
