32 weeks pregnant....Pinching?
I'm 32 weeks going on 33 weeks and for the last few weeks I've been having a pinching feeling in my cervix.... I'm pretty sure it's my cervix. But it's hurt enough to stop me from what I'm doing.. It even happens while I'm lying down... It only last a few seconds but it happens throughout the day.. But for the last week it has gotten worse like more frequent and stronger.. Not to sure what it could be, does anyone know what it could be or has experienced this before? And it's this normal?

I get this too! I mentioned it to my doctor and she told me it's likely from the baby being head down and getting a bit lower. Or it could be from the position the baby is in and when he/she moves you get pain on the inside instead of a kick out towards your belly. I'm at 37 weeks now and that pain has gone away and has been replaced with pelvic aching. It's a fun journey full of little aches and pains... you have nothing to worry about! :)

This sounds like it could be some contractions. Notify your doctor about what you're feeling, maybe keep track of how often it happens by writing it down for a day or two and also how long the pinching feeling lasts. You need to keep yourself hydrated and stay away from caffeine. Some women go into preterm labor simply from dehydration! But definitely tell your doctor.
If you have any abnormal fluid, pink discharge or just more discharge than normal along with the pinching feeling, go in to ER or your Dr as soon as possible.
This may be Braxton Hicks contractions, which are like mild contractions that do not open the cervix and are normal, but if you have to stop what you are doing because the feeling is too strong or painful, its not a normal Braxton Hicks.
Source(s): I had a similar experience where these tight pressure feelings were happening off and on through out the day very low down, I thought it was a bladder infection or something, turns out it was preterm labor and I had not gone in early enough to get proper help because I thought it was just going to go away eventually. My baby was born at 27.5 weeks. (she's a healthy 8 yr old now, but we had a rough start) - ?Lv 45 years ago
Very usual towards the tip of you being pregnant. Don't fear approximately it. Baby could also be settling into your pelvis and that's inflicting the crampy feeling and backache. As lengthy as child is relocating the whole lot is excellent.
