What kind of short [romance] stories do you enjoy reading?
Just seeing peoples' thoughts and comparing them to my own :)
Short stories ranging from simple one-shots to little novellas--and I know not everyone wants to see romance in every story they read... but those mixed with romance, what do you like to read? Sci-fi? Historic? Adventure? Thriller?
what do you /not/ like to read in them?
What kind of writing styles do you prefer? The little detail types that dives straight into raw but not too defined action? Or the styles with a lot of details so that you can have a greater understanding of what's going on?
The winner is who ever's answer I like the best and it won't necessarily have to be in tune with my views :)

I have very little to no interest in romance novels.
I like action/suspense and sci/fi with MAYBE a touch of romance.
I read and write it.
Hm. Well I prefer descriptive so the reader can acknowledge what the characters are surrounded by. Like I said I read and write with description.
