Please help me.. Story ideas?

Sounds like an interesting read.

Try brainstorming. Get a blank sheet of paper, write "story plot" in the middle and then write any ideas that pop in your head. Like ANY. They could be random, they might not even relate to your story.. But write them down anyway, maybe you can get alter it a little and then put it in your story..

She's a teen so put some problems some teenagers experience.. And you should create a interesting twist of some sort, that would be cool.

I think the problem is pretty obvious; this girl has a stalker! The pictures of her should get more and more personal until it is obvious the guy is sneaking into her house. Then the girl starts taking precautions but still finds hidden camera's in her bedroom. In the end the stalker turns out to be another girl, who was the character's best friend and completely obsessed with her.

I know, you just wanted a romantic story.

I can't. You're the writer and it's up to you. I'm also a writer and I would NEVER come on here and ask people to finish my plot for me. It's not what writers do.
