It still aint bad, your getting like the equivalent of like £19k a year which is a decent wage. only £3k less than average wage and you have plenty of time to get promoted and therefore earn more.

Is there no room for increases in your present position? Maybe you need some experience first then you can apply for jobs that pay more. Rome wasn't built in day :)
