How Do I Explain This To My Boss?

My boss thinks I boast too much about the leads that I generate for his Realtors and he says that I can't brag unless I have something to compare it to. So does anyone know like out of 100 leads what the average # of homes shown should be? Can you give me your answer in percentages?

Like you could put; 100 leads - 50% shown - 20% offers written - 5% accepted etc. Thanks!

I suggest that you quit bragging, since there is no reputable means available to make such a determination. A 'generated lead' can be anywhere from very hot to ice cold, and there is no way to determine how much of which one generates. As a real estate agent, I refuse to pay for leads. Some of my associates have tried this approach with very poor success rates. Most generated leads turn out to be 'tire kickers'.

Experience indicates that genuine home buyers end up calling directly to an agent with their interests.
