Just in case you've never noticed, most homeless people are mentally ill, and a sad fact is that until now we've turned a blind eye on it, another sad fact is that most mentally ill people don't think they need their medication, it's a vicious circle but at least now it's trying to be addressed.

The homeless should get vaccinated b/c it's in their best interests b/c they are more susceptible to illness. It can also spread to anyone they encounter.

I don't think they should be compensated - just thankful that it's free. It's a win-win. However, their medical histories should most definitely be taken into serious consideration.

No dope. No drugs. No alcohol. No escapes. Need help to get back into living a life and a contributing member to society. Again - it's win-win.
