can't create multiple iTunes libraries?

iTunes won't let me.

at all.

I'm holding shift; i'm going through the start menu.

newest version of iTunes; Windows XP Media Center Edition, Toshiba satellite laptop.

help please?

    I believe that you only have one iTunes "library" with all of your songs in it, but you can create playlists instead.
