Solving Inequalities? How to solve them?
I've been trying for a long time but still can't solve the following inequalities. I don't know why, they're not that hard. Don't think I'm trying to ask you to do my homework, just tell me how to do it. Thanks
1) (x^4 - 1) (x^2 + x - 6) / (2x+5) (x^2 + x + 3) > 0
numerator could be (x^2-1) (x^2+1) (x-2) (x+3) but what about the denominator and then how to solve for inequality?

1) (x^4 - 1) (x^2 + x - 6) / (2x+5) (x^2 + x + 3) > 0
(x^2 + 1)(x - 2) (x + 3) (x - 1)(x + 1) / (2x+5) (x^2 + x + 3) >0
x > 2
or:
-3 < x < -5/2
or:
-1 < x < 1

1) (x²+1)(x-1)(x+1) (x+-3)(x-2) / (2x+5) (x²+x+3) > 0
1) (x²+1)(x-1)(x+1) (x+-3)(x-2) / (2x+5) (x²+x+3) > 0
multiply by (2x+5) (x²+x+3), remember x cannot equal -5/2 and (x²+x+3) cannot equal zero
1) (x²+1) (x-1)(x+1) (x+-3)(x-2) > 0
(x²+1)will alsays be geater than zero so in order for
(x-1)(x+1) (x+-3)(x-2) > 0
all must be >0, or 2 of them must be >0 or all must <0
you need to do each of the above out.

(x^4 - 1) (x^2 + x - 6)/(2 x + 5) (x^2 + x + 3) > 0
-3 < x < -(5/2) OR -1 < x < 1 OR x > 2
