Besides enforcing international law, how does America influence and guide other governments to better govern?

I asked this 2ce before. Anyone with any new fun ideas?

@Boris yes I agree but I'm actually looking for answers from the spiritually enclined and mature. and besides R&S is the biggest category there is here and the most important.

Again @ chistof and andrew h.. I'm looking for psychological and peaceful resolve. We do have the ability to outsmart evil and bring justice world wide... so how??

    By overthrowing democratically elected governments like it did in Iran and Nicaragua.

    And holding hands with Sharia-Law monarchies like Saudi Arabia.
