Hello:
Your question is a little vague as phrased. What do you mean by empy your archived mail? Do you mean simply emptied your "deleted" items (trash bin) in Outlook?
If you've been clicking "Okay"--or allowing Outlook to "Autoarchive" your Outlook *.pst file (whenever it asked), you should be able to recover most of your deleted mail since the last autoarchiving.
However--if you've been saying "No" to Autoarchiving, or if you've disabled autoarchive, then there's nothing you can do to receover deleted e-mails.
Here's a Yahoo! answer that may help:

Note: that autoarchive archives ALL your outlook data in a *.pst file, so you'll have to search for your e-mail and then transfer them back to you inbox (or other folder of your choosing) after you open the backup file.
However--if you deleted that archive file (*.pst) file, then there's no "free" way to recover your Outlook mail.
