computer question on printers?
ok so i have a old printer that my brother left me and i just connected it and everything was going fine until the directions said i needed a cd that comes with it and follow the onscreen instructions, but i don't have it. Can i still make my printer work if I don't have that cd?

Most likely, yes, but you need to download the driver(s) for your printer from the manufacturer's website.
If you're not sure how to do that, please edit your question to include the brand name and model number of your printer, plus which Operating System you're using on your computer and someone will come along and provide you with a link to the download page. (You can click on my avatar/photograph and send me an email if no-one does, and I'll do my best to find it for you.)

if it is a very old printer you may not get a driver off of the manufactures site so try www.drivers.com. you have to register but it is free
