I have a question about IIT-JEE?

My friend has attempted iit-jee in 2009 and 2010.Now he wants to attempt again, can he appear in 2011.

    I would rather say it is a waste of time. He can make his life fruitful by joining in another college in an area of his choice. In long run, where have you done graduation doesn't matter; only your performance matters.

    I dont think so. As per the rules and regulations published in 2010, a student can appear for IIT JEE only twice. The year he passes Higher secondary education(+2 or equalent) and the following year. SO ur brother cannot appear in 2011.
