Has anyone used the OwnerBuilder Network or anything similar, where you are the contractor to build your home?
We've been looking to build a house and there are several programs out there where you can be your own general contractor. You take a series of classes and they 'support you' the whole time. You pay the company $4.95 per square foot and get into their special pricing and list of sub contractors. Has anybody done this? If so, what do you think?
