Documents produced for the court in a speeding case?

The offender was caught by a Stalker DS radar doing 130km in a 100km zone. My assignment asks what documents the police officer whould give the court. The offender was interviewed by police.

    I'm not an officer but i would guess at:

    the occurrence report, the radar print out, the transcript of the interview, the ID of the offender

    The Judge may wonder why he wasn't charged with "reckless" - 30 over.
