I don't think it's in his job description to be campaigning.Hes supposed to represent us all.What do you think?

He's less destructive to America when he's not doing presidential things. So campaigning is relatively safe.
He's most effective on the Golf course or Basketball court, spending hours and hours having nothing to do with his job.

Yes, Obama should quit campaigning, appearing on TV shows, stop photo ops with sports teams, golfing, vacationing and just generally jacking around when he should be working on jobs, foreclosures, decline of the dollar, etc. He is a big waste of time. Now we all know it.

He can do both. Like all the presidents before him.
If he didn't campaign, the "party of 'no'" (as in "no" to job creation) would say Obama has given up.

Maybe you should ask the Republicans why they are blocking the jobs bill.
Obama did his job, they are the ones that refuse to do theirs.
