how to connect wireless router to wireless router?

ok this is what i want to do i want to connect my xbox to the internet (xbox live) ok i know they have a wifi adapter for this but to expensive and they only work on a,g,b wireless i have netgear n600 i think an it only works for (N) ok so instead of running a cable all they way up stairs to xbox. i want to connect another router so that way i have acces to internet and just connect cable from 2nd router to xbox will this work ?

like this A router send signal two B router and cable from B to xbox and xbox live works no problems yes? and i would buy same router as i have now or can i just buy a cheaper one but same (N) wireless signal or i could use any signal type or would there be problems with connection etc etc

ya well all thank you but i found what i could use on my own its this a wireless gaming adapter from trendnet :)

    or a router that can act as one. I don't know if either of the models you mention will do such but routers don't work that way normally..

    you can connect another router to your netgear n600. simply connect a patch cord to any of the 4 LAN ports on the n600 and connect it to the WAN port of the next router.

    you have to configure the other router so that it won't conflict with the netgear n600's settings.
