What is it like to work at McDonalds or Wal*Mart?

For McD's, it's only fun if you work with good and fun managers and coworkers. But usually it ranges from content to "hate my job".

I worked at Walmart for 2 and a half years. It was probably the easiest job I've ever had. You end up dealing with some stupid people but I had fun there. I stocked shelves in the winter and worked in the garden center in the summer. Summer was fun because I was outside all day. Not sure what the pay is now but in my experience, I had a great time working there.

i went there for work experience and trust me, it was the worst week of my life. All you do is write down customers orders and then go tell the chef. I was also told that if you work there full time you get paid extremely little. Not to put your brother off it!
