how can i weigh more?

any tricks to weigh more wen u go on a scale??

i already know the "drink lots of water" one. any other ideas??

    Really depends on how quick you want to gain the weight, it sounds like you want to weigh a certain amount for more of a one time deal.

    If that is the case then really all you can do is drink a lot of water, and eat as much as possible before your weigh in.

    If you want to gain weight for more of a long term type goal then I would suggest eating lots of fatty foods with lots of carbs, but stay away from sugar. The way people build their bodies up is by bulking and cutting. Which basically means you gain a good amount of fat by eating a lot, then do lots of heavy work outs where you build up muscle and get rid of excess fat.

    i have no idea ! im 5 ft 7 100 pounds of nothing, and i swear i eat normally, but yea. i do not no, lol

    eat tons of protien ever 2 hrs!!!! and maybe weight lift if you want

    but it also could be your body type some ppl can eat and eat and eat and they wont gain weight but if i was you try the protein stuff like shakes food any kind

    eat more than usual, but still do as much exercise as normal.
