Why won't my Zen Creative work?
In July I got a Zen creative for my 18th, I try to turn it on and it will not work. But it charges and I can play my music on the computer. Any ideas of what is wrong and what can I do.

Plug it into the USB of your PC. While still plugged to the USB go to Creative website and find your model in the SUPPORT section of the site. You may get a FIRMWARE UPGRADE from there that may reboot your player. If it is new you are covered by the warranty if whoever bought you it kept the receipt etc......if not try the above site.
