My neighbour is a really unpleasant and a little bit twisted individual. I would like to point out I am male he is male. I am in my early 20's he is in his 40's I presume. He does not like my family we have had various disputes over vehicles, dogs and other issues relating to my family. His family which is his two parents are also hostile. On the 23rd he had a dispute with my mum over him blocking our access out of the drive. He ended up swearing in front of another neighbour at my mum. Their is a long and nasty 12 year history between our families. Today I went to empty the bins and he saw me empty my recycling in the blue bin and wolf whistled at me. I then went out to our kennel where we keep my dads working dogs and he made a "Duh" sound at me implying I am thick despite the fact I am doing a two year HND in Animal Management. Does wolf whistling count as harassment that is what I am wanting to know. It may even constitute as sexual harassment. I live in the UK and would appreciate advice.

We have had it with these neighbours and have even had police advice.

This morning we had a thunderstorm hitting the local area, and our wifi does appear not to be working. I turned my laptop on before and got no connection, no wifi connections can't be detected. I normally get my wifi and next doors wifi which is secruity connected, but none of those networks have shown up. When I selected my laptop to do a scan it said connect the LAN cabole in, which I did and we still have internet (Hence why I am doing this). My Andriod phone has interent as I went onto facebook. But my PS3 cannot detect any signal. On the WiFi box I have noticed all the green lights are on, but the green lights beside the internet, LAN and WLAN/WPS are all flashing I think it has something to do with the WLAN/WPS, whatever that means. Can anyone please help, sort out my problem.

My next door neighbour has built a garage in his garden. He is a mechanic and uses this garage for business purposes even though this garage is situated in a residential area. When he built the garage we never received any paperwork from the planning department asking if the garage would affect us or not, so we have assumed he did not have planning permission to build this garage.

Often late at night into ten/eleven oclock he often reves up engines, this causes noise and releases vibrations which stop us from sleeping at night. This garage is about a swimming pool length away from my bedroom.

Also after he is finnished there is a smell of car exhaust fumes, which I think is giving me a headache. I also think the exhaust fumes may in the long term have a long lasting effect on the local ecology and animals. We have lots of plants in our gardens we grow our own vegetables which we eat, could the fumes be poluting our vegetables and fruits. What about the insect population the thing that starts the food chain and often feeds of our plants. And what about the effect on human health and the health of my pets I have done a lot of search engine searches and have found Carbon Monoxide which is emmited from car engines can kill people is this the same for wildlife (I live in the countryside by the way).

Please help me is what he is doing illegal, let me remind you

1. Built a Garage on a reisdential property for business use.

2. I suspect he has no planning permission

3. Reving up engines late at night causing noise polution

4. emmited harmful and toxi fumes dangerous to human health and animal health plus plant life

I am interested in Animal Conservation and I am interested in building up the numbers of the scottish wildcat there are only 400 in the wild and a few at wildlife parks around Scotland. I am working at a wildlife rehabilitation centre, cleaning out the cages and feeding the animals. And I am studying a level 3 in Animal Management. The units I am studying next year include Understand the Principles and carry out the practise of Wildlife Population Surveys, Ecology and Conservation. Another unit I am studying is Understand and Undertake wildlife Management and Rehabilitation. Does this put me in good favour, I am also thinking a higher education course in Animal Management would make me stand out.

I have recently gotten an HTC Explorer Phone, there is a music shop on it where you can buy songs. But I also have music that I downloaded saved onto my PC, through Itunes. And I do not want to re buy it. I have my HTC connected to my laptop with all my music files on is there anyway I can put music files from my PC onto my HTC Explorer phone please.

I was just out walking my Border Collie dog giving him a hug. His ears picked up and he became alert. He suddenly went for this animal, the animal got away. My dog was just acting on instinct so don't judge. If I see deer, hares, rabbits or pheasants I keep him on the lead.

This creature that my dog saw thankfully got away it had white markings on its neck, so I do not think it is a mink. But this creature could be an otter the only problem is the nearest river is a mile way, which is odd. So my guess is a Weasel or Stoat. Hopefully

On New Years Eve 2010/2011 our cat Bella was killed, we thought she had went missing. This was not true, my neighbours dog had killed her, we did not know this at the time. In February last year, another cat was attacked and killed. This time there were witnesses, my other neighbours. Then on the day of the royal wedding my cat smudge was attacked and lost her eye.

My neighbour owns five dogs these dogs are meant to be gun dogs, but they are never taken on shoots.

We still have smudge, we also own dogs.

When my mother was taking her dogs out on christmas morning, my neighbours dog attacked our dogs luckily my mum fought them of with a stick. These two dogs had a soft temperament, if my mum had not that stick, god knows what could have happened. We don't really speak t our neighbours they are country hicks folk. But I feel justice has not been done, and I cannot find a law that seems to protect animals from being attacked by dangerous dogs.

My two poor cats Daisy and Bella are lost my other cat Smudge has one eye.

I uploaded two photo's onto facebook, the top part of the photo was loaded and fully uploaded but the bottom part came up gray, on both photos. Any idea how to combat this.

I am a 19 year old male who hs never had a girlfriend or had sex before, I often feel left out, or that I am missing out, after hearing "sex chat" from other people of both genders. I am asking because I am clearing out my grandmother's home (She has gone into a home). Her father used be a tailor, so was my great great grandfather and his father was also a Tailor. We have found jars of buttons, and we thought about sending the buttons to a museum.

My Next door Neighbour is a game keeper. He caught a grey Squirell in the back on his pick up he had it, he then got his jack russel dog and set it on the Squirell, mauling it and killing it. Is that Illegal, I should hope so, as an animal lover I think game keeping is a cruel and evil occupation.

Hi I am just checking up on the law of right of way, because in my case the game keeper said to me this morning that I cannot walk my dogs round the field Margins that Surround the fields, I have always done this and lots of other people who live on the farm also do this. The fields around are owned by a local rich man, do they have a right to ban dog walkers and normal walkers of their land if so, what is the point, no one is doing any harm.

Hi I am interest in Social History and am wondering, when did black people and People of Ethnic minority get positive attention on the news. In the UK I think it was the 70's and 80's as Eastenders had characters of minorities. When watching Doctor Who episodes that were made in the 70's I think I only saw one Black Character. But watching it in the 80's I found there was more. Is that because in the 70's a lot more people imagrated to this country from africa?
