Why I'm I getting dizzy everytime?

I've been smoking for about three yrs now, but here lately everytime i smoke i get really dizzy & lightheaded. How come?

    If you haven't had a cigarette in a day or two and you have one, especially while your walking or standing at least if isn't uncommon for you to get dizzy or lightheaded.

    also, if you can not have a cigarette for a day or two, I would recommend you try to quit. It is not only unhealthy for you, it is unhealthy for the people around you. A lot of lung cancer is caused from second hand smoke.
