I was wondering if its a symtom of coming off birth control i've been off birth control for about 3 weeks now.

can they still tell if your pregnant or not just from taking blood?

My stomach has been hurting for about 2 weeks now. I just started my period today and it randomly just stopped. I've been throwing up and my body has been aching im not sure whats wrong. i can't get a doctor's appointment till next week.

I've had diarrhea for the past 3 days i've been drink in water, my back has been hurting and i've had a headache that won't go away. my period is late and i told a pregnancy test but it was negative it might of been to early. I've been gases too could these be a sign of pregnancy?
