What's wrong with me I think the doctor is wrong?

I've been having stomach pain & throwing up for about a week now. the doctor said it was a stomach bug that would only last 24 hours. My body has ached, i'm been feeling nausea lately and smelling things other people can't smell. been havin head aches not sure what's wrong
