Flirt with him more.
Ladies, men are not used to women flirting with them. An overwhelming majority of men said they would just love it if a woman would talk to them first or at least express a larger clue that you were interested in checking them out.
So, ask him out for a date.

Guys -like girls- like to flirt even if they don't want a relationship. People are attracted to the idea of having something they cant have and when they come close to having it, they withdraw themselves.
