what does measuring the ph of apple juice have to do on real life
?
well my project is what is the effect of temperature on the ph of apple juice ? & then its asking me a question : What use does this project have in real life ?

Nothing rational to the everyday person, but knowing the balances within product helps to measure, predict and preserve for safe storage and sales. i think cooking or other similar uses differ depending upon the preservation and balance of chemical consistency.
Don't take my word for it though, look it up, that's the point of science fair; learn!

If you found a significant difference in the pH as the temperature varied, the you could use this in relation to nutrition. A more acidic apple juice (lower pH) might cause indigestion because of its acidity. If the apple juice is more basic (higher pH, above 7), then you could say it would be good for relieving indigestion because it would act as an antacid.

I don't knwo about apple juice BUT if you have blonde hair and you swim in a pool the Cl turns your hair green you can either pay 15$ for a hair shampoo to fix it or take 6 alive and put them in a cup let them dissolve then poor it over your hair. It will take out the same green for under a dollar.
