How do i get my birth certificate?
I lost my birth certificate in a house fire & when i tried,3 times,to order another one,the state cashed my 3 checks & sent me the wrong certificate 3 times.I have even called there & told they sent the right one,which they did not.In my state i have to have a certificate to get my driver's license.One of those tries was done by a soon-to-be lawyer.They did her the same way.I wonder if i can get a do-it-yourself paper.Maybe take it to a judge.I'm through paying for what i'm not getting.I don't know what to try anymore.Please help,thank you

Depends where you live. Most places handle this so that you can go to a county courthouse and they will literally print you out a new, certified copy, and that way you wouldn't have to worry so much about them screwing it up again. that's what I did when I needed a new b.c. go straight to the courthouse.
