How to hackintosh a Dell Dimension E521?

Okay, I have a Dell Dimension E521, it currently has Windows Vista 32BIT on it. I was wanting to hackintosh it and dual boot it with Mac OS X. Tell me STEP BY STEP instructions on how I do this and where I could get the patched OS X file from to dual boot it.

    OK

    Setp 1 Partition your hard drive.

    Step 2 Install Vista on first partition.

    Step 3 Install the hackintosh software on second partition.

    Step 4 Install OS X on second partition
