being fired because I am white?!?

Question

I was working 7 days a week at a Japaneese resteraunt, 6-14 hours a day there. When i was hired i was told let them know i controlled the bar and i let them know what was needed I loved it but soon begain to realize i was the only white guy there also the only person who didn't speak chineese. My boss pulled me off the the side one day and said I hired you becaue you where white people don't trust asain bartenders. I chuckled and 3 days later he pulls me off to the side says we don't have money for a bar now sorry. I went in yeasterday to collect my bar supplies and there is now an chineese girl being bartender. Can't i sue him for that?

Update:

I can prove all of it even he blatiently said infront of customers i was hired because i was white. Its not the whole thing I was fired. Its being fired working 149 hours per month and also Not reciveing adiquit pay. When I would ask for what I was owed he would say I would get you next time.

No, you have it backwards. You were HIRED because you were white. You were fired because the owner wanted to give a job to somebody else - maybe a relative or somebody he's banging on the side. You weren't fired for being white though.

No you can't sue him for racial profiling, you probably got fired because you can't speak Chinese.

If you can prove any of that, you may have a case.  My guess is you can't, so you don't.

managers can fire anyone they work WITH.
they needed someone quick until they found the right person.
