Its a bit more complicated than that. yes- the child COULD be Jewish, but only if it renounced all other religions. One cannot be practising another religion and Jewish at the same time. However, achild in that scenario is considered to be a "captured baby"- the scenario is like this: a child is captured in war and brought up by non-Jews. The ruling is that such a child is NOT guilty of infringing Jewish law as they were never taught Jewish law and are completely ignorant. However, before they can be considered Jewish, they have to renounce all other religions and accept Judaism exclusively.

This scenario applies naytime a child form a Jewish mother is brought up by non-Jews. Trying to link the question to prostitution is just an insulting little twist and one you should have done without as it makes your question sound anti-semitic. if that was your intent- hey, you succeeded!
