how do i remove bolts that are sticking out from a water pump?
I am replacing a water pump on a 88 oldsmobile cutlass sierra and the bolts were so weak and corroded that when trying to remove them 4 of the 5 bolts broke off. they are completely locked in place. they are still sticking out to grab them with vice grips but even they wont work I don't have a drill and don't know what to do about it. Is there anyone who can help me. Thank you in advance for all your help.

if they are screwed into aluminium then soak them with petrol for 24 hours then try again if into steel then hot them up the only way

try using a stillson pattern pipe wrench. plumbing tool. its like an adjustable grip wrench
use a small blow torch to heat up your bolts first then use the grips.
