Xbox ICMP Failure Message?

Everything connects but LIVE. In the more info section, it tells me that LIVE can connect, but my router isn't properly responding to ICMP responses.

I have no idea how to fix this...I've tried unplugging my router and plugging in again, and that only helped for about a minute.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Update:

@John Jameson: Been there, done that. They can't help me.

So I am guessing your using a wireless connection? Even if its not sometimes the software on your computer can limit the accessibility of devices on your router. You should have some kind of software on your "main" computer. This is the one directly hooked to the router. Use that to adjust settings and/or add your device. I wish I could give you more detail on this but I don't know what router your using...

If you are working wirelessly try hooking up to ethernet just to test it out. You can also run a test of your live connection on your xbox. This will generally tell you were the problem is, if its your router, or your xbox.

Thats all I can think of with the info you gave.
