- Icecream's/ frozen yoghurt's
- Fortifyed soy milk's (regular/ flavoured)
- Fortifyed rice milk's
- Fortifyed almond milk's
- Tofu
- Soy product's (ie: meatless soy meatball's, soy yoghurt's/ soy icecreams, ground soy meat look- alike, etc ..)
- Broccoli
- Nutritional supplements: Ensure Calcium, Ensure, Boost, calcium supplement capsules, etc ..
